| Discovering Your Leadership Style 11/11

Wednesday, 11/11. 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, Carnegie 204 Discover Your Leadership Style Workshop: Attend this fun and engaging workshop to learn more about your leadership style and how you can maximize your communication skills . This workshop will explore how the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) can be used to learn the different ways that personality influences leadership styles. Further, you will be able to define the styles that work best for you and how it can improve your interpersonal performance. Competencies include communication, decision making, and interpersonal effectiveness. (*Registration is required) Students must complete the MBTI Self-Scorable assessment prior to attending this workshop. If you have already completed an MBTI assessment, please make sure to bring your results to the workshop. Students can register and pick up an assessment packet at Buchanan Hall, room 110 on South Campus.
